Facebook is introducing there Messenger App to their users. They actually are forcing to use that app. People are really annoyed by this specially when they want to check msgs on Facebook app solely. But then they get message that "Install messenger app to check your messages".
Messenger App now on Browser
Now facebook introduced their messaging app on Browser. You can visit this on the link www.messenger.com. I think that Facebook again want to make people used to this service. On app they even are offering SMS compatibility to your cell phone contacts.
My Experience with their App on Android never went smooth but using this function on browser was a good experience. It is really useful when you are working and just want to check your messages while staying off the Social Network Facebook, which really indulges you in wasting time while working.
Messenger Option on Browser
Facebook's Browser messenger has all the options you get in their android App. You can Video chat through Messenger on Browser and send pictures. But i have not found any option like sending other files or videos as available on original Facebook browser. To delete a specific message here just right click on the message and the option will popup to delete that message.
You can delete the whole conversation by hovering over the Persons icon and then choosing the three dots and drop down menu will give you the option to Delete the whole conversation. Below is an Screen shot of how it looks like after signing in.
Some people will surely like it but getting used to a new feature is never easy. Facebook will not force people on browser yet but they will keep an eye on how much traffic they get on the browsers link.
